OIRP Formats

First letter of format name is subject area:

•   A   = attrition / athletics
•   C   = SIS conversion and GA file production
•   F   = finance / financial aid / facilities
•   G   = GA codes, PDF, SDF, SCF
•   I   = IPEDS
•   P   = personnel
•   R   = student registration (NCSU TRACS)
•   S   = survey
•   U   = utility and general

Second letter of format name is L/M/S for Long/Medium/Short. Medium = 16 max, Short = 8 max.

Formats with an '**OTHER**' option are indicated in the table (Other=Y).

Formats with more than 2000 lines have not been included here (Big=Y).

New formats need descriptions placed in the documentation spreadsheet listed below. Include program title, description, source of data, source of input file.
